 and advantages? Wide Range of Applications, Unlocking Multiple Uses Graders are one of the basic machines in road construction, suitable for large-scale ground 

leveling work in foundation engineering. They can also be used in many construction scenarios, such as digging ditches, slope scraping, bulldozing, loosening soil, and snow removal. They can also be used in 

the construction of high-grade highways, railways, airports, ports, dams, industrial sites, and even play a crucial role in large-scale farmland tilling and leveling.

Hydraulic Drive, Becoming a "Road Pioneer" The Lutong PY series is an articulated self-propelled grader. Its operating system uses two sets of imported control valves and a convenient and sensitive hydraulic 

control system, along with a complete instrument monitoring system, enabling hydraulic control of various complex blade functions. It also features an imported blade lifting hydraulic control balance valve and

 Lutong's self-made hydraulic pin release device, increasing operational stability.

This series of graders adopts a popular international swing-arm linkage mechanism, standardly equipped with a maintenance-free roller slewing device. Dual hydraulic cylinders control the shoveling angle, 

allowing adjustment of the blade's entry angle based on soil hardness. Optional front bulldozer blades and rear rippers provide comprehensive performance across three stages: shoveling, pushing, and loosening, 

ensuring excellent work results – truly a pioneer in road clearing!

Advanced Configuration, Intelligent and Easy Operation: The PY series graders use Cummins  diesel engines, providing strong power, with specific options available depending on the configuration. 

The torque converter and gearbox are integrated, manufactured using German ZF technology, offering 6 front and 3 rear speeds to meet various working conditions. An accumulator braking system, four-wheel 

high-efficiency caliper disc brakes, and an internal expanding shoe parking brake are also included.

It's worth mentioning that the grader features a drive axle with a built-in jaw-type free-wheel anti-slip differential and a heavy-duty roller chain drive balance box, a box-type swing steering front axle with

 side-sliding tires, and an articulated mechanism and deflecting steering front wheels, enabling the machine to crab-walk.

Overall, the Lutong grader's configuration balances practicality and intelligence in both driving, operation, and parking braking. Despite its large size, it is easy to operate and maintain, lowering the barrier to
